Nido Alliance / Ayni Support Network

Ayni Support Network

Today for you,
tomorrow for me

A club of farms, families and neighbours who lend each other a hand. Come to one minga and you're in the Network: you can ask for one on your farm.

Two mingas done in Pijao: a house demolished and cleared to start again, and a bird trail with its signs. See how the last one went ↓

How it went

Loading the minga…

Keep learning after the minga: a proposed birding alliance and farms that care for birds and pollinators.

The club

First you come, then you belong

Ayni: today I help you, tomorrow you help me. Being in the Network is free. You only have to come.

Come to a minga

Sign up and we'll write to you on WhatsApp with the place and time. You don't need to know how to build.

You're in the Network

Your first minga opens your Ayni account: mingas, hours given and received. Private: yours and the organisers' only.

Ask for a minga on your farm

«I need to install a water tank; with ten people it takes a day.» The Network shows up.

What the Network has done

Mingas on farms are published after they happen, never beforehand with their location.

Before you go

There is a place for your hands

Do I need to know how to build?

You can help with planting, cooking, carpentry, music, art or whatever is needed. Tell us what you know how to do when you sign up.

How do I know where to go and what to bring?

The team confirms the meeting point, time and tools on WhatsApp 24 to 48 hours before. You can say whether you need transport when you sign up.

What happens after I sign up?

The team contacts you to coordinate your participation. If there are more people than places, you go on a waiting list. Your contact details are not published.
